Affectionately called "Winnie" by her family, friends, and clients, Winifred Quire Giddings coaches women to define and achieve success on their own terms. "Many women simply need a boost," says Winnie. They can figure out what they want in life, but they simply need a coach or mentor on the journey to success.
Trained as a Certified Professional Coach through Fowler Wainwright International and other coaching institutions, Winnie also earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Family Life Education from Spring Arbor College and a Masters in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. She attained her license in Counseling and is also a trained professional therapist with substantial experience working one-on-one with individuals and groups and managing several teams in the mental health services field.
Currently, Winnie coaches professional women—executives and entrepreneurs—who seek more meaningful success in their work, family, and personal lives. Her enthusiastic personality and natural expressiveness make her an inspiring speaker, and she enjoys presenting workshops and seminars. She has particular expertise in coaching human service professionals.
As a single, divorced mother and caregiver, Winnie knows how easily it is to lose one's inner self and identity in caregiving roles. Using lessons learned and experience gained from her personal journey, she now guides other women to help them regain joy, confidence, self-care, and self-respect.
"I want to have a positive impact on the quality of other women's lives, to help them find and celebrate their true selves," explains Coach Winnie. Her education, training, professional experience and international exposure provide her a strong foundation and the unique skills to help women who have lost themselves to finally fulfill their dreams.
